Laundresses

A Laundress is responsible for the care and maintenance of all laundry items within a private residence. This includes sorting, washing, folding, ironing, and storing all clothing and linens. A laundress must have experience with fine fabrics and be aware of each garment’s multi-fabricated composition.  They have a keen eye for detail and work efficiently and independently. A laundress ensures that laundry requirements are met, and that the laundry room is organized and clean.
