Hometown Nannies plus proudly offers THE TEMP TEAM, a flexible service providing exceptional full-time (40 hours/week) job opportunities for candidates and short-term household support for families. This service is available for a minimum of one week up to three months or longer.

Our Temp Candidates
All of THE TEMP TEAM members meet the same rigorous standards as our full-time candidates. These include:
• A Personal Interview: in-depth and one-on-one with our placement specialists
• Three Excellent References: with reverse phone confirmation for accuracy and authenticity
• A 5-Step Background Check: a national criminal search (along with the national sex offender database), a county criminal background check, social security verification, a DMV report, and, in California, Trustline
• Current CPR Certification
Placement Terms
• Duration of Placement: a minimum of one week up to three months or longer, 40 hours a week
• Application Fee: $225 per placement (covers background check and onboarding)
• Placement Fee: 20% of the temp candidate’s weekly wages (per assignment)
• Pay Rates: $30–$40/hour and up, depending on the job title, requirements, and terms
• Temp-to-Perm Advantage: If you decide to hire your temp candidate permanently, we subtract any temp fees already paid from your permanent placement fee
