ROTA Nannies

A ROTA Nanny is a highly qualified “rotational” nanny who shares a job with another similar caregiver. The two nannies work a predetermined schedule. For example, one might be on for two weeks and then off for two weeks; one might work a 12-hour day shift while the second nanny might work a 12-hour night shift; one might work weekdays while the other nanny might work weekends etc. A ROTA nanny travels with the family as needed.
