Information for Client Families

Welcome new families!

Start your search today by filling out the Family Application or learn more about our process below.

Timing - How long does it take?

The average placement time is two to four weeks and requires a three-step interview process. However, we have successfully placed candidates in as little as three days, or as long as two months, prioritizing the timeframe of each client.

Safety and Awareness

Our childcare candidates are required to be CPR certified [OR take a CPR class] and have excellent driving histories. If your employee will be driving your child or children, we suggest taking a test drive with him/her to observe his/her driving skills. This is a good opportunity to show your new employee the neighborhood and your usual routes to various destinations.

We ask if they’ve ever had to handle an emergency situation while on a job, and if so, how it was resolved. We recommend having a written emergency plan for your household, and providing your employee(s) with a copy. In addition, discuss how to keep your home and premises secure. Upon request, we can provide referrals to security training for nannies, governesses, and more.
