PERSONAL CHEF – Seeking an Asian chef (preferably Chinese/Shanghai-style but flexible) to cook offsite during Covid. The dinners would be for 3-4 people per night (Wednesdays and Thursdays). Requirements may involve having food prepared for other days…for example Friday and left in the refrigerator. Transparency of ingredients and ingredient sources is required. The family meals always consist of a broth-based soup, white rice, a protein dish, and one or more vegetable dishes. *** Some family favorites are Soups: Winter Melon Soup with Pork Rib and Daikon Soup. Protein Dishes: Mapo Tofu, Roast Duck, any whole fish, shellfish, etc. Some favorite vegetables are ongchoi, shanghai tips, loufa, young yellow chive, lotus root, and any type of greens. The only ingredient the family avoids is bamboo shoots due to allergy.
