Job Title: Personal Assistant 
Reports To: Family Member(s), President
Status: Full Time
Position Summary:
The Personal Assistant works to conserve Family Member’s time by arranging for activities and services
and assisting with projects as assigned. This individual must be capable of working closely with the
family and handling information with great discretion and confidentiality.
Position Responsibilities:
Support the Family Member:
Track medical invoices and oversee health insurance submissions
Assist with logistics of specials events

 Assist property manager for Family Member’s properties: routinely check in on properties and

inform property manager of any issues, serve as a liaison between tenants and property
manager.

 Arranges personal activities and services by identifying and clarifying needs, making reservations

for dining, travel, lodging, entertainment, rentals, sporting events, medical services,
etc.
Work with a travel agent to arrange group travel for Family Member, family, and friends;
includes developing logistics and itineraries for flights, accommodations, activities and meal
planning.
Scheduling and supervising household activities as requested: running errands, shopping,
planning for guests, dinners, meetings, etc.

 Anticipates when assistance is required by identifying issues and preparing solutions in advance

May lead or assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2-4 years administrative experience preferred.
Demonstrated computer skills. Experience with MS Excel required.

 Detail-oriented. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to travel.
Valid driver license and clean driving record.
