📍 Location: Old Greenwich, CT
💰 Compensation: $40-$50 per hour (DOE)
⏰ Schedule: Full-time (Live-in or Live-out options available)
Key Responsibilities:
Childcare & Academic Support:
👦 Provide after-school care for two boys (ages 9 and 10), including extracurricular supervision & playtime
📚 Assist with advanced math homework (strong academic background preferred)
🛡️ Manage nut allergy precautions & support ADHD/anxiety needs
💙 Foster emotional well-being, structure, and positive behavior
Household Management:
🏡 Perform light housekeeping (tidying, organizing)
🛒 Run errands (grocery shopping, appointments, etc.)
📆 Oversee household schedules and coordinate with a housekeeper (on staff 2x weekly)
Personal Assistant Duties:
🗂 Manage family schedules, travel planning, and organization
✈️ Assist with travel packing and itinerary coordination
📋 Ensure seamless household operations and anticipate family needs
Cooking & Meal Preparation:
🍽 Prepare nutritious family dinners (simple, healthy, and family-friendly meals)
🛍 Meal plan and grocery shop as needed
📖 Follow recipes with ease and adapt meals for dietary needs
Driving:
🚗 Safely transport children to and from school, activities, and appointments
Qualifications & Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree required
✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience as a nanny, governess, or household manager
📚 Exceptional tutoring skills in advanced math
🧑🍳 Competent cook with a focus on nutrition
🏊 Strong swimmer (safety-conscious around water)
🔹 Warm, calm, and professional demeanor
🔹 Highly organized, proactive, and efficient
🔹 Legal to work in the U.S.
🔹 Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
✈️ Willing to travel occasionally with the family
