Full-Time Nanny for 1-Year-Old Needed ASAP
Location: Fairfield Beach, CT
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $30/hour + overtime

A warm and welcoming family in Fairfield seeks a dedicated, flexible, and team-oriented nanny to care for their 1-year-old son. This role involves working closely with another experienced nanny who focuses on their 3-year-old son, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for the children.
The family values a nanny who approaches each day with an easygoing and adaptable attitude, ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute wherever needed. A willingness to handle light housekeeping and tidying is essential, as is a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, loving care for the 1-year-old, including feeding, diapering, naps, and engaging in age-appropriate activities.
- Work in partnership with the co-nanny to plan and implement enriching activities for both children, supporting their development and learning.
- Assist with light housekeeping such as tidying the kitchen, helping with family laundry, and managing meal prep.
- Collaborate with the parents and the co-nanny to ensure the household runs smoothly, stepping in to help as needed with a “no job is too small” attitude.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the children and family.

- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player with a flexible and proactive mindset.
Additional Details:
- This is a live-out position with a consistent schedule of 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- The family offers competitive hourly pay ($30/hour) with overtime for additional hours worked.
